In my current role, I provide financial and administrative oversight to faculty research grants. I also write for, edit and publish the department’s bi-annual news magazine, History Current (readership of over 14,000 current students, faculty members, community stakeholders, and university alumni). I also coordinate large-scale symposia and conferences, speaker series, and departmental events.

I provided administrative and HR oversight for faculty members, visiting professors, and postdoctoral research fellows.

I provided financial, administrative, and policy oversight for over $2 million in grant funding, strategic planning and project management for 3 faculty members with 6 multi-year funded research projects, grant-writing expertise, and have hired and supervised 14 graduate-level research assistants.
